Email notifications from work items

When you prefer to be notified when work item is assigned to you or when it’s overdue to start or finish, now you can set up receiving of email notifications for work items in these situations. Learn more

• #100 Update what is shown to user in the UI after user opens Work Item from Kanban and make certain changes to it

Work Item Calendar

When you are planning and following up on work items, a graphical presentation done through Work Item Calendar makes it easier for you to see how work is spread over time. In Work Item Calendar you will see work items with a start date and/or due date as calendar’s events. Learn more

Application enhancements in 11.1

Default work process on new projects

When creating projects it is extra work to select a work process and it is often forgotten which leads to problems later when work items are created without a work process. Therefore now you can define default work process for projects on Projects Setup or on Progressus Project Setup and Project Templates in case you are using PGS. Learn more

• #81 Add project description and customer name to drop down list when selecting a work item
• #81 Column headings are not appearing properly or aligned with columns with on Kanban board when do zoom in or out
• #97 When there are no work processes and related stages to show since they are not assigned to work items you are seeing all stages from work process stages anyway in by stage view on Kanban
• #86 Due to a BC platform update symbols (emojis) do not show correctly on Kanban
• #82 When you try to use page action Create/Update Time Entries from Time Tracking Entries or Timesheet page and work item number on time tracking entry is entered getting error that time entry does not exist

My work items in role center cues

On the Team Member and Project Manager role centers (or Accounting Manager, Line Manager, Project Executive, Project Manager and Time and Expense User role centers in case you are using PGS), under the My Work Items cue group, you can see the number of work items that are overdue to start, starting today, starting soon, overdue, overdue today, overdue soon and all mine based on your resource. Different column views in Kanban

On page Work Item Kanban there is action group Columns from which you can choose desired columns view. You can choose between by stage (default column view), by progress, by due date or by start date. Learn more
