Setting up demo data

Before setting up the demo data, you must configure the Contoso Demo Data Tool as described in Introduction to Contoso Demo Data.
Set up Contoso project work data
Go to the Contoso Demo Tool page, select the Pryme Project Work line and use the Configure action to prepare the modules. The following table describes the settings:

| Resource 1 No. | The resource number for the first resource used in the project work scenarios. |
| Resource 2 No. | The resource number for the second resource used in the project work scenarios. |
Once you’re ready, choose the Create Demo Data action. It takes a few minutes to add the data to the underlying database, but then you’re ready to run the various scenarios.
Using Contoso Demo Tool for project work data when creating new company
Go to the Companies page, select the Create New Company action. Under the Select the data and setup to get started field, select Evaluation - Contoso Sample Data option. On the Available Modules FastTab, select the Pryme Project Work line and check the Install checkbox for it. When the new company is created, the project work demo data will be automatically set.
